How much is shipping?
Shipping is free from €45 per brand. Below that, each brand shows its shipping price at checkout.
Why did my order arrive in several parcels?
When your basket holds products from several brands, each one ships its part separately. You receive a tracking link for every parcel.
How long does delivery take?
Each brand ships its own orders, usually within 48 hours. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 working days in France and 3 to 6 days elsewhere in Europe.
Products & ingredients
Can I use these products during pregnancy?
Our skincare is formulated without retinol and with pregnancy-friendly ingredients. If in doubt, ask your midwife or doctor.
What does fragrance free mean?
No fragrance and no essential oils have been added. Some ingredients have a natural smell of their own, which is why fragrance free products may still smell faintly.
Are your products safe for newborns?
Products marked “Baby” are formulated for babies from birth. As with any new product, try a little on a small patch of skin first.
Returns & refunds
My product arrived damaged
We are sorry! Send us a photo within 48 hours from your order page, and the brand will send a replacement or refund you.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Write to us from your order page and we will tell you where to send it.
